Frankie started her yoga journey with Bikram practising everyday for nearly 2 years before attending a Stewart Gilchrist class, after that she was hooked on the power of yoga. After finding her passion in Dynamic Vinyasa yoga she is very grateful to her teachers Amme Poulton and Leon London and very much believes in what Larry Schultz taught "You just walk in, you have fun, you breathe, you do what you can, you walk out and you pay attention to how you feel" After training in India, England, Bali and Thailand she has discovered a true love and connection with yoga which she loves sharing with each student.
Frankie's classes will be manly focused around Vinyasa Yoga, linking the body and breath to every movement. In her classes you will have time to explore your body, letting go of the monkey mind, listening to your body and moving with your breath.
Iyan’s background as an artist makes him a yoga teacher different from other teachers. He was born in Ternate, North Maluku Indonesia, learned about the body at an early age, starting with the art of dance, theatre and martial arts. For fourteen years he joined the theatre “Tetas Bulungan” in Jakarta, which took him from stage to stage to perform in Europe. In 2007 he began to pursue yoga. For Iyan yoga is not just a term that must be remembered like Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa yoga or the sequence of movements that must be memorised and can be formed by the body but he is also very understanding of the anatomy. For him yoga is not just power but rather on the unification and synchronisation between the breath, mind, body and soul..
He graduated from Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500 hours Yoga Alliance USA, Shiva YogaPeeth,Rishikesh in India.
2009 was the starting point of my spiritual and yoga journey. On that year , I began to love yoga and decided to attending yoga class regularly.
I am getting my Dhiiksa (meditation lesson /yoga initiation) by an Acharya from India (Ananda Marga), Didi Mohaditha , who also operated an orphanage Narayana Seva for a long time.
For me, yoga is about self exploration. It creates internal balance and promotes overall health. Yoga has influenced my life on a physical , mental , and spiritual level, and it can produce the same results to anyone.
I would love to share my experiences and to help people to feel the benefits of yoga , on or off the mat.
